此类搅拌机多用于加药反应装置，选型方法可参考桨式搅拌机，实际应用中一般容器小于3吨的机架可以选配。

推进式搅拌器是常用整体铸造或焊接压制而成，加工方便，结构类似轮船的螺旋桨推进器，常用三片桨叶构成，我国三叶推荐搅拌器的国际为HG5- 222-65，俗称螺旋桨搅拌器。

推进式搅拌器选型一般直径取容器内径的1/4-1/3，切向线速度可达5-15m/s，转速一般为80-600r/min，最高转速可达1750r/min，-般说小直径取高转速，大直径取低转速。搅拌时能使所有物料在容器内循环流动，所起的作用以容积循环为主，剪切作用小，上下翻腾效果好，当采用挡板或导流筒则轴向循环更好。

The propeller mix can make all materials realize circular movements in the container. Its main function is volume circulation. The shearing action is small. The effect of up and down movements is good.If a bafle plate or guide cylinder is used, the axial circulation is better.
